Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is put into place to prevent the failure of equipment within the workplace, to ensure that the building is running efficiently at all times. 

Planned Preventative includes equipment checks, oil changes, partial or complete overhaul checks, lubrication and many more.

These inspections, at specified periods, allows technicians and operatives o record any deterioration on equipment, so parts can be replaced or serviced to ensure the failure of this equipment never occurs.

Depending on the content of the contract that our clients take out with us, we will provide a Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule highlighting exactly when these inspections are to be carried our and on what equipment This allows the client to continue to carry out its core business without the concern of the running of the building itself.
