FM - Facilities Management evolved at the beginning of the 1990’s when through American influence became the way forward in the UK for Companies to outsource their non-core activities to an established Facilities Management Team. This in turn enabled the Client to concentrate on their Core business. At this time TFM were instrumental in setting up FM Contracts for a Unilever PLC Company, Elida Gibbs based in Portman Square, London and Olympus UK.
Providing logical PPM (Preventative Planned Maintenance) solutions is key in simplifying Clients needs and help them to make competitive savings.

Projects DirectorBen Crane is the Projects Director controlling the individual co-ordination of our specialist contractors in the execution of their services, providing updated legislative information along with all necessary testing and certifications required under the PPM schedules within each FM Contract. Co-ordination of planned Service visits and reporting any issues throughout the FM Contract period. Ben controls the health and Safety training requirements within TFM, making all operatives aware of all current requirements and changes that may occur from time to time under the Regulations.

Contracts DirectorSam Crane is the Contracts Director and controls the day to day management operation of TFM's facility services. Sam has 15 years’ experience in this field continually providing our Clients with progress reports, quality assurance through regular tool box meetings. Sam evaluates current trends and streamlines operations to suit our Clients needs, often making savings within the FM Contract.
